Veronica ‘Vera’ Williams passed away peacefully on 6th September 2018, at her home in Poplar Rd., Penycae, aged 78 years. The beloved wife of Owen. A devoted mother of Geraint and Sian. A dear mother-in-law of Emma. A much-loved Nanna of Jake, Tom, Will, Amy and Elisha. A cherished sister of Arthur, Gareth and the late Pam. She was loved and will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral Service at St. Thomas’s Church, Penycae on Friday 21st September 2018 at 2:00pm followed by interment in St. Thomas’s Churchyard. By request, family flowers only please, but if desired, donations will be gratefully received for Shooting Star Unit, Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Cancer Research UK, via the offertory plate at The Church.
