J Francis Roberts & Son Funeral Directors respects your privacy and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018. What information do we collect?

You do not need to disclose any personal information to access our website. Information is collected when you complete online forms such as our Contact Form. Data may also be derived from phone calls and if you email us directly. Personal data is used to deal with enquiries or requests. It can also be utilised to improve our services. We never use personal details for marketing purposes other than sending out a customer satisfaction/comments invited letter. By submitting personal information you agree to us storing it and using it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Is information shared?

J Francis Roberts & Son Funeral Directors will only disclose your information to our partner companies including other suppliers, third-party service providers, Government bodies and law enforcement agencies. In providing the information, you give us your consent to use it in this manner.
